International Returns & Exchanges
Return method:
1. The item is shipped with a suitable shipping company to the same address on the waybill.
Note: The value of the piece will be refunded only with a discount of 3 kd fees for delivering the piece to the office.
2. Shipping of the returned item is charged by the buyer and must be returned through one of these mentioned comapnies : DHL , Aramex and Fedex.
3. External exchange policy : Item is shipped as described above.
4. As for the replacement part: A new request is made directly from the site for the piece to be requested.
